Boys Town of Grand Island is looking for overnight staff who must remain awake to monitor operations of a short-term assessment and residential program. Looking for staff to conduct safety checks, handle crisis situations, manage youth on special watches for suicide risk and behavioral issues. Enter narrative data including key entry. Individual will assist with facility maintenance as well as maintain overall safety. On site support and consultation will be available by Boys Town administration 24/7.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a thorough background check. A valid drivers license and good driving record is required. Prefer a bachelors degree in the Human Services field and/or at least one year working with youth. Must be able to work overnight shift while remaining awake during shift.
